Who takes care of pre-arrival arrangements?
From organizing day trips to pre-stocking the fridge, arranging babysitters, butler or villa staff, our team will fulfill every request. Whether it's securing restaurant bookings or providing essential amenities, we ensure that no detail is overlooked. The extent of pre-arrival arrangements may vary depending on the specific villa your client has booked. Can I Place a Villa on option for my Customer?
Absolutely, all you need to do is provide us with your customer’s name, desired villa and dates and we will reserve the villa for a certain amount of hours (each request is treated individually).
What happens if my customer cancels?
If your customer cancels their booking please reach out at your earliest convenience to [email protected] or the Villa Specialist you have booked the property with.
Can my customer pay Auna Collection directly?
Yes. We can invoice your customer the gross rate (not mentioning commission) and request payment directly. We shall pay your commission via bank transfer after we received the payment from your customer.
How do I pay?
If your customer pays you directly we will invoice your company the net rate (deducting commission) and request payment by bank transfer.
