Villa Ofellia spreads over four floors:
On the ground floor is the main entrance.
The first floor offers a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you step out onto a balcony overlooking Prijeko Street, perfect for watching the life of the Old Town go by.
The second floor has two comfortable bedrooms and one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The top floor is a private master suite with its own ensuite bathroom. It includes a walk-in shower, and a relaxing bathtub inside the bedroom, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

Cancellation policy
For reservations with the arrival date between June 1st and September 30th, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required upon booking, with the non-refundable balance of 70% to be paid 40 days prior to arrival.
In the event of a no-show, early departure, or reduction of stay, 100% of the entire booking will be charged and is non-refundable.
