Villa consists of two houses – the main house and the guest house – connected by a shared outdoor space, that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The main house, spanning four floors, can accommodate 10 guests, while the guest house offers additional privacy and tranquillity with a shared living room, 3 bedrooms, terraces, and a spectacular view. Mediterranean architecture, rustic and modern interior design, a wine cellar, a game room, a private cinema – all of this awaits you at Villa Baracija.

Deposit of 30% of total reservation is paid upon booking, with the balance fee of 70% to be paid 120 days prior to the arrival.

Deposit policy
A security deposit in the amount of EUR 4,000.00 is required 7 days prior to beginning of the rental period via bank transfer. This security deposit serves to cover any potential damages or breakages that may occur during the rental period. Upon check-out, the condition of the property will be thoroughly inspected by the owner's representative, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. In the event that the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
Provisioning deposit in the amount of 20% of the booking fee must be paid directly to the owner 7 days prior to the arrival, or at check in as a credit card deposit, this amount will not be charged just preauthorised. The provisioning deposit is used to cover all additional cost during the client's stay.
